What to expect
First up:
Yay, you are getting married, congratulations!
Use our contact form to get in touch and see if your date is free.
Tell us about your day, and where you are getting married - the more information the better!
Next, we’ll arrange a ‘Get to Know You Call’ to discuss your wedding.
We like to get to know our couples prior to their wedding to ensure we are the right videographers for their day. On this call, we will discuss your wedding plans, the important parts of the day, and our filming process. You can ask us any questions you might have - we are here to help!
If you feel we would be a great addition to your day, we will then take a 40% deposit to save your date.

4-6 weeks before your wedding:
We will have a ‘Pre-Wedding Call’ to figure out logistics, the order of service and answer any questions you might have.
After the Pre-Wedding Call, we will know exactly where we need to be and at what time – you just need to get ready to enjoy your day.
On the day:
After all that planning I bet you can’t believe the day is finally here.
Don’t worry about us - we will arrive a few hours before the ceremony to get some establishing shots of the venue and shots of the bridal party/groomsmen getting ready.
We will follow the order of your day (as discussed on our Pre-Wedding Call) - you can expect us to do things like mic up the appropriate people ahead of time, capture special moments throughout the day, speeches, cake cutting and party time.
We’ll usually hang around for a few dances to make sure we get some good shots and to ensure your guests have time to get their dancing shoes warmed up.
After wrapping up, we will let you enjoy the rest of the evening with your guests and head off to back up all the footage so that it is safe and sound.
Post Filming:
We will spend the next (8-10 weeks) editing your beautiful wedding film.
We obviously hope you love it first time but if you have any feedback, we will do a round of revisions free of charge to make sure it is perfect.
